Returns & Refunds Policy

At Siena Rover, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

  • It is unused and in its original packaging.

  • It is in resellable condition (no signs of wear, damage, or alteration).

  • You have the original proof of purchase or order confirmation.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that show signs of use or damage.

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Opened tech accessories (power banks, cables) unless faulty or defective.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will:

  • Offer a replacement or

  • Issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued through your original payment method (cash-on-delivery ).

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Then contact your bank—processing times can vary.
